Yogurt Cake

2 cups cake flour

1 cup sugar

3 eggs

1 cup yogurt

1/2 cup canola oil

1 tsp of lieveto vanigliato (baking powder)

Preheat he oven to 350. Grease a bunt pan and set aside. Using an electric mixer, beat the eggs and sugar together until it's a pale yellow colour. Mix in the yogurt and oil. Combine the flour and lieveto vanigliato then blend it into the wet mixture. Pour into the prepared bunt pan and bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan for about 5-10 minutes before allowing it to finish cooling on a rack. Dust with icing sugar.
